Summary
This early-stage trial tests whether a new immune cell therapy called GD2 CAR T cells can be safely made and given to children and adults with a rare, aggressive brain tumor called H3K27M-mutant diffuse midline glioma. The study aims to find the right dose and check for side effects. Up to 97 participants will receive the treatment along with chemotherapy.
