This pilot study tests whether diabetes care can be successfully added to two primary health centers in Abuja, Nigeria. Researchers will screen, diagnose, treat, and educate 106 adults with uncomplicated type 2 diabetes. The goal is to see if this approach is practical and effective for wider use.
