Summary
This pilot study tests whether diabetes care can be successfully integrated into two primary healthcare centers in Abuja, Nigeria. Researchers will screen, diagnose, treat, and educate 106 adults with uncomplicated type 2 diabetes. The goal is to see if this approach is feasible and effective, measuring how many people enroll, start treatment, and stay in the program for six months.
