NCT ID NCT07549802
First seen Jun 27, 2026 · Last updated Sep 18, 2026 · Updated 2 times
Summary
This study looks at whether warming up the muscles used for breathing can help volleyball players perform better. About 24 athletes aged 13-20 who have played for at least 2 years will try different breathing warm-up intensities. Researchers will measure their jump height and muscle oxygen levels before and after to see if it makes a difference.
