First seen Apr 29, 2026 · Last updated Jun 16, 2026 · Updated 5 times
Summary
This study looks at whether warming up the muscles used for breathing can help volleyball players jump higher and perform better. Twenty-four athletes aged 13-20 who have played for at least two years will try different breathing warm-up intensities. Researchers will measure their jump height and muscle oxygen levels before and after each warm-up to find the best approach.
