Sleep your way slimmer: insomnia fix boosts weight loss in breast cancer survivors
NCT ID NCT05780814
First seen Feb 25, 2026 · Last updated Apr 30, 2026 · Updated 7 times
Summary
This study looks at 250 women who have had early-stage breast cancer and are now overweight and have trouble sleeping. Researchers want to see if a short program to improve sleep (called CBT-I) before starting a weight loss program helps them lose more weight than just learning about sleep. The goal is to find better ways to support breast cancer survivors in reaching a healthy weight.
