Military tests new sleep therapies for brain injury recovery
NCT ID NCT06551987
Summary
This study aims to find the best talk therapy for insomnia in active-duty military members who have sleep problems and other lasting symptoms after a mild brain injury. Researchers will compare two different therapy programs—one with six sessions and one with four sessions—to see which works better at improving sleep and reducing other concussion-related symptoms. The study will also check if better sleep helps with headaches, fatigue, mood, and thinking skills.
