Summary
This study compares three common insomnia treatments—two medications (trazodone and daridorexant) and an online behavioral program—in 1,000 women aged 40-62 who are in or near menopause. Participants will take their assigned treatment for 12 months, wear a Fitbit, keep a sleep diary, and complete surveys. The goal is to find which therapy is most effective and safe for improving sleep and daytime function.
