NCT ID NCT07470502
First seen Mar 17, 2026 · Last updated May 20, 2026 · Updated 9 times
Summary
This study looks at whether measuring infliximab (a biologic drug) in saliva can give similar results as measuring it in blood. It includes 15 children with inflammatory bowel disease starting infliximab. Saliva and leftover blood samples are collected during routine visits. The goal is purely exploratory—to see if saliva might be a less invasive option for monitoring drug levels in the future.
