Summary

This study aims to understand how inflammation from infections or major surgery can harm the kidneys. Researchers will measure certain proteins in urine, blood, and sputum from 100 ICU patients with sepsis, after surgery, or after poisoning. The goal is to find early markers that could predict acute kidney injury and improve care.
