Summary
This study looks at how the body handles a single dose of the drug inavolisib in people with moderate or severe liver problems compared to healthy people. About 32 adults will take part to measure drug levels and safety. The goal is to understand if liver impairment changes how the drug works, which helps guide proper dosing.
