Summary
This study tests whether the drug ranolazine can protect the tiny blood vessels in the heart after a major heart attack. Researchers will enroll 100 adults who have had a specific type of heart attack (STEMI) and have blockages in multiple arteries. Participants will either receive ranolazine or standard care, and their heart vessel function will be measured over several weeks.
