Heart attack drug trial aims to save tiny vessels

Summary
This study tests if the drug Ranolazine can help protect the tiny blood vessels in the heart after a major heart attack. About 100 adults who have had a heart attack and have blockages in more than one artery will receive either standard care or standard care plus Ranolazine. The goal is to see if Ranolazine keeps these small vessels working better, which may improve recovery and reduce future heart problems.
