First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated May 24, 2026 · Updated 32 times
Summary
This study looked at two different ways to start care for Veterans with possible sleep apnea. One group had a traditional in-person clinic visit first, while the other used a direct referral for home sleep testing. The goal was to see which approach gets Veterans diagnosed and treated faster, and how well home tests work compared to in-lab sleep studies.
