Summary
This study looks at whether a high-protein nutritional drink can help cancer patients aged 40 and older who are losing muscle strength (sarcopenia) during chemotherapy. Participants will take the drink three times daily for 8 weeks and do simple home exercises. Researchers will measure changes in grip strength, fatigue, and quality of life over 12 weeks.
