Protein power: new drink may fight muscle loss in chemo patients

Summary
This study tests whether a high-protein nutritional drink can help cancer patients aged 40 and older maintain muscle strength and reduce fatigue during chemotherapy. Participants with early signs of muscle loss will take the drink three times daily for 8 weeks while doing simple home exercises. Researchers will measure changes in grip strength, fatigue, and quality of life over 12 weeks.
