First seen Dec 29, 2025 · Last updated Jun 10, 2026 · Updated 23 times

Summary

This study tests whether community health workers, combined with a digital reminder system, can help babies in sub-Saharan Africa get their important checkups and vaccines on time during the first year of life. About 800 pregnant women and mothers will take part. The goal is to see if this approach works better than standard care to keep young children healthy.
