First seen Feb 15, 2026 · Last updated Jun 12, 2026 · Updated 23 times
Summary
This study tests whether taking two drugs (imlunestrant and abemaciclib) before surgery can shrink tumors in people with a common type of breast cancer (ER+/HER2-). About 189 women aged 18-75 with early-stage breast cancer will join. The treatment is guided by a marker called Ki67, which shows how fast cancer cells grow. The goal is to see if this approach improves response and reduces cancer before surgery.
