Summary

This study looked at whether telehealth education and care plans created by patients themselves can help cancer survivors living in rural areas. About 261 people who finished treatment for breast, colorectal, lung, prostate cancer, or lymphoma took part. The goal was to see if these tools improve knowledge and confidence in managing their health after cancer.
