New Two-Drug attack aims to shrink tough colon cancer tumors before surgeons operate

NCT ID NCT07277322

Not yet recruiting Disease control Sponsor: Dan Feng Source: ClinicalTrials.gov ↗

Summary

This early-stage trial is testing whether giving two immunotherapy drugs before surgery can help people with a common type of colorectal cancer that has spread to the liver. The goal is to see if this drug combination is safe and if it can shrink the liver tumors, which might lead to better long-term results after surgery. The study will enroll about 24 adults whose liver tumors are still considered removable by surgery.
