Summary
This study tests whether adding extra immunotherapy before standard treatment can help the immune system better attack triple negative breast cancer. About 12 adults with untreated, locally confirmed TNBC will receive different immunotherapy combinations plus chemotherapy before surgery. The main goal is to see if the cancer disappears completely by the time of surgery.
