Immunotherapy before surgery may help remove advanced colon cancer completely

Summary
This study tests whether giving immunotherapy before surgery can help doctors completely remove T4 colon cancer in people with a specific genetic feature (dMMR). About 18 adults with this type of cancer will receive the treatment and then have surgery. The goal is to see if the cancer can be removed without cutting into nearby organs.
