Summary
This study tests whether giving immunotherapy before surgery can help shrink or eliminate tumors in people with a specific genetic marker (MSI/dMMR). It includes 240 adults with localized cancers like colorectal or stomach cancer. The main goal is to see how many patients have no cancer cells left after surgery.
