Summary
This study tests whether giving two immunotherapy drugs (botensilimab and balstilimab) before surgery can help shrink colorectal cancer tumors in 26 adults. The drugs aim to boost the immune system to attack the cancer. Researchers are checking how well the tumors respond and what side effects occur. This is not a cure, as ongoing monitoring and potential further treatment are needed.
