Summary
Some people with long COVID have symptoms like extreme fatigue because their immune system attacks their own body. This study tests a treatment called immunoadsorption, which filters the blood to remove harmful antibodies. About 70 adults with long COVID and these antibodies will receive either the real treatment or a placebo. The main goal is to see if fatigue improves after one month, and if daily functioning gets better over six months.
