Summary
This study tests a treatment called immunoadsorption for people with long COVID who have certain antibodies. The treatment filters the blood to remove these antibodies, which may be causing symptoms like extreme fatigue. About 70 participants will receive either the real treatment or a placebo, and researchers will track changes in fatigue and daily function over six months.
