Summary
This early-phase study looks at how the drug pirtobrutinib changes immune cells in people with untreated chronic lymphocytic leukemia (CLL) or small lymphocytic lymphoma (SLL). Researchers will enroll 30 adults to take pirtobrutinib daily and will analyze blood and lymph node samples to understand immune system changes. The goal is to learn more about the drug's effects, not to test a cure or long-term control.
