Immune testing before IVF may boost baby chances

NCT ID NCT07449494

First seen Mar 06, 2026 · Last updated May 23, 2026 · Updated 16 times

Summary

This study looked at 148 women with infertility and an overactive immune system in the uterus. All received steroids before embryo transfer, but some had a sensitivity test first to see if the steroids would work. The goal was to see if testing improved live birth rates. The study only observed what happened in routine care, without assigning treatments.
