NCT ID NCT05890781
First seen Feb 12, 2026 · Last updated May 22, 2026 · Updated 12 times
Summary
This study aims to create immune organoids—miniature lab-grown models of the immune system—using cells from children and young adults with brain tumors, kidney tumors, neuroblastoma, or sarcoma. Researchers will take blood or tissue samples and turn them into stem cells, then grow them alongside tumor cells to see how they interact. The goal is to better understand these cancers, not to test a treatment. About 108 participants will be enrolled.
