Summary
This study looks at whether treating small numbers of cancer spread (1 to 10 spots) right away helps people live longer compared to waiting six months. It includes adults with lung, colorectal, or prostate cancer that has newly spread. The goal is to see if immediate treatment improves survival and quality of life.
