Can ketamine repair brain connections in depression and PTSD?

Summary
This study looks at brain changes in people with major depression or PTSD using special PET scans. Researchers want to see if a single dose of ketamine can reverse loss of brain connections. About 130 adults aged 18-70 will have MRI and PET scans, with some receiving ketamine during one scan. This is an early research study, not a treatment trial.
