Summary
This study tested a special surgical glue called Ifabond to see if it could reduce fluid buildup (seroma) after breast cancer surgery. 104 women having partial mastectomy with or without lymph node removal took part. The glue was applied during surgery, and doctors measured fluid volume and patient discomfort for up to 30 days after the operation.
