Summary
This study tests whether a 16-week ideomotor group exercise program can improve thinking, movement, and overall well-being in healthy adults aged 50 and older. Participants will exercise twice a week in a community gym and be compared to a group doing cognitive training. The goal is to see if this gentle mind-body approach helps older adults maintain independence.
