First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated Jun 23, 2026 · Updated 41 times

Summary

This study looked at whether doing cardiac rehab at home, or a mix of home and clinic sessions, works as well as going to the clinic for all sessions. 206 heart patients participated, using a mobile health platform and home exercise. The goal was to see if flexible options could improve recovery and reduce hospital readmissions.
