First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated May 19, 2026 · Updated 34 times
Summary
This study looked at whether doing cardiac rehabilitation at home, or a mix of home and clinic visits, is as effective as going to the clinic for all sessions. 206 adults with heart conditions like heart attack or heart failure took part. The goal was to see if home-based options could improve exercise capacity and reduce hospital readmissions.
