This study tested whether common treatments could help people with carpal tunnel syndrome. Researchers compared over-the-counter ibuprofen pills and specific nerve gliding exercises against no treatment. They measured how well these approaches reduced pain and improved hand function in 123 participants with confirmed carpal tunnel syndrome.
