New gut formula targets IBS sufferers in major trial

Summary
This study tests whether two different blends of a prebiotic (HMO-2FL) and a postbiotic (Humiome® Post LB) can reduce stomach pain, bloating, and other IBS symptoms. About 402 adults with IBS will take one of the blends or a placebo daily for 6 weeks. Researchers will measure symptom changes using a standard IBS severity score.
