Summary
This study aims to find a simple marker in stool or urine that can show if people with irritable bowel syndrome (IBS) are following specific diet recommendations. Researchers will track 94 adults with IBS to see if certain markers correlate with what they eat. The goal is to create a more objective way to monitor diet compliance in clinical practice.
