First seen Apr 03, 2026 · Last updated May 23, 2026 · Updated 6 times

Summary

This study aims to find a marker in stool or urine that can objectively measure how well people with irritable bowel syndrome (IBS) follow a special diet. About 94 adults with IBS will be studied to see if these markers match what they report eating. The goal is to make dietary therapy more effective by providing a simple way to check compliance.
