First seen Nov 21, 2025 · Last updated May 22, 2026 · Updated 26 times

Summary

This study tests whether giving a targeted drug (ibrutinib) and an immunotherapy (rituximab) before standard chemotherapy can improve outcomes for young patients with newly diagnosed mantle cell lymphoma, an aggressive blood cancer. About 131 participants will receive the combination, followed by consolidation chemotherapy. The goal is to see how many patients achieve complete or partial remission, while monitoring side effects.
