New hope for HIV patients with aggressive lymphoma: targeted drug combo shows promise

Summary
This early-stage trial tests a new drug, ibrutinib, combined with standard chemotherapy for people with HIV who have advanced diffuse large B-cell lymphoma. The goal is to find the safest dose and see if the combination can better control the cancer. About 46 participants will be enrolled.
