Summary

This early-stage trial tested a combination of the targeted drug ibrutinib with standard chemotherapy (R-da-EPOCH) in 46 HIV-positive people with a type of lymphoma called diffuse large B-cell lymphoma. The main goals were to find the safest dose and check for side effects. The study is no longer recruiting, and results will help guide future treatment approaches.
