New hope for aggressive lymphoma: targeted drug combo shows promise

Summary

This study tests a new drug called parsaclisib added to standard chemotherapy (R-CHOP) for people with newly diagnosed, high-risk diffuse large B-cell lymphoma. The goal is to find the safest dose and see if the combination improves treatment response. About 50 adults will take part in this early-phase trial.
