First seen Jan 10, 2026 · Last updated May 24, 2026 · Updated 27 times
Summary
This study reviews medical records of 36 adults with a rare and aggressive brain lymphoma (PCNSL) that has come back or not responded to prior treatment. Researchers want to see how well the targeted drug ibrutinib works, either alone or combined with standard chemotherapy (R-CHOP). The goal is to measure tumor shrinkage and how long patients live without the disease getting worse.
