Summary
This study will follow 4500 adults with Crohn's disease or ulcerative colitis to identify biological markers that predict how the disease will progress and whether complications arise. Researchers will analyze gut bacteria from stool and tissue samples to better understand the disease. The goal is to improve treatment decisions and outcomes for people living with these chronic conditions.
