NCT ID NCT06773169

Summary

This study is testing a web-based app called IAMABLE, designed to help people with chronic conditions like arthritis, heart disease, or neurological issues better manage their daily lives. Fifty adults aged 45-75 will use the app for four months to see if it improves their physical function, mobility, pain, and quality of life. The goal is to see if this digital tool is a practical way to deliver rehabilitation support and self-management strategies at home.
