Summary
This early-phase study tests an experimental oral drug called IAG933 in adults with advanced mesothelioma or other solid tumors that have certain genetic changes. The main goals are to check the drug's safety, find the best dose, and see if it can shrink tumors. About 137 participants will take the pill daily, and researchers will monitor side effects and tumor response.
