Summary
This study looked at whether two sessions of hypnosis could lower anxiety in pregnant women experiencing preterm premature rupture of membranes (PPROM). 60 women took part, with some receiving hypnosis and others standard care. The goal was to see if hypnosis helps ease anxiety and improve the overall pregnancy experience.
