Summary

This study looked at whether two sessions of hypnosis could help lower anxiety in pregnant women who experienced preterm premature rupture of membranes (PPROM). 60 women took part, with some receiving hypnosis and others standard care. The goal was to see if hypnosis could improve emotional well-being during a challenging pregnancy.
