NCT ID NCT03955640
First seen Jan 03, 2026 · Last updated May 20, 2026 · Updated 23 times
Summary
This early-stage trial tested whether adding heat therapy (hyperthermia) to the drug olaparib could help people with breast cancer that came back on the chest wall. Only 3 people took part before the study was stopped early. The main goal was to check safety and side effects, not to prove the treatment works.
