Summary
This study tests a new way to prepare sperm for in vitro fertilization (IVF) to see if it is safe and leads to healthier embryos. About 202 couples will be randomly assigned to use either the new method or the standard one. The main goal is to check the number of normal embryos, and researchers will also track pregnancy rates and fertilization success.
